Working in communications in the early 2000s, Andi Argast contributed to the rise of social media and has gone through many hype cycles since then.

Benedict Lau is an engineer of distributed systems, mesh networks, and collectively-governed infrastructures. He is a co-founding member of Hypha Worker Co-operative and Distributed Press, and CTO of Starling Lab for Data Integrity.

Cameron Fyfe is a software engineer interested in Functional Programming and its use for building productive codebases in a variety of environments and applications. Alongside Hypha, he is currently focused on building smart-contracts in the Cosmos ecosystem and various web3 tooling.

Cole Anthony Capilongo is a software developer interested in decentralization, networking, and protocols.

Dante is an engineer with a background in mechanical and software development. He is currently focused on planning and building tooling for peer-to-peer networks.

Elon is a network and systems administrator. He manages production servers and design and manages custom network architectures. He is a co-founding member of Hypha.

Lexa is a fledgling anarchist with two degrees in management engineering and sciences from the University of Waterloo.

Mauve Signweaver has been “poking computers” since they were a child — their first time on one predates their earliest memory.

Roo was born on the 25th of February 2022 to the collective care of Hypha staff. At his inception he was a small purple sphere; as he grows he will surely adopt new colours as he figures out who he is!

Udit is an engineer, strategist, and co-founding member of Hypha Worker Co-operative, where his focus is on the design and governance of various p2p and blockchain projects.

Vincent Charlebois is an artist-researcher and creative technologist who believes in the power of exploring multiplicity to inform understanding.

Violet never knows what to say on these things. She cut her teeth writing SIMD assembly for video encoders in high school. She’s worked at every layer of abstraction since, but is happiest with a copy of “The Linux Programming Interface” on her desk.

Yurko is an engineer of software and networks with an interest in their decentralization. He is a co-founding member of Hypha Worker Co-operative and head of engineering at Starling Lab for Data Integrity.
